The preferred method for
obtaining technical support is to use the built in tech support function
built in to CYBERsitter. For CYBERsitter 2000 through CYBERsitter v10, please select the "On-line Technical Support" option on the "Tools" tab page. When you request support this way, information about your CYBERsitter configuration and Internet settings are automatically attached so that we can better help diagnose the problem. NO private information is sent, only information we need to help diagnose and correct the problem. |

| Our normal business hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 PM Pacific Time Monday - Friday (Holidays excepted). Technical support is always free to users of current CYBERsitter versions, and is available 7 days a week by e-mail and by telephone during normal business hours. Free support is also provided to users of older versions for one year after a newer version is released. Users of older versions are strongly encouraged to upgrade to the current version of CYBERsitter so that they are using the latest technology. Telephone support is not provided for trial version users. | ||||
