Setting up a password protected unfiltered browser.
There are some instances where having unfiltered Internet access may be necessary even while CYBERsitter is running and normally blocking what you have defined. Fortunately there is an easy trick you can use to do this. First, you will want to install Firefox as an additional browser. You can download it here: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/.
Open up CYBERsitter and go to the Always Allowable Sites area in the program. Then add this line:
Save your settings and exit the program.
Now, open up Firefox and clock on Tools -> Options, then select Security. Check the box where it says "Use a Master Password", then set your password.
Now, CYBERsitter will filter other browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer and Google Chrome, but it will not filter Firefox. However, you will need to supply a password to use Firefox. This gives you a way to access the Internet without any of CYBERsitter's restrictions if necessary.

Kids can talk face to face to virtually anyone else who is also using Skype, and most kids know how to use it. The potential dangers here are obvious. Kids might have live video conversations with people they don't know, and there are a lot of bad people out there that would love to have a conversation with them. CYBERsitter can block Skype access if you feel this is a concern.
To block Skype, add the following lines to your "Always Blocked" list in CYBERsitter:
